Welcome to Wicked Ambitionz Catering and Wicked Ambitionz Academy. By booking services, enrolling in programs, making a purchase, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms exist to protect both our business and our clients and to ensure clear expectations for all parties.
Services and Availability
Wicked Ambitionz Catering and Wicked Ambitionz Academy provide catering services, culinary education programs, events, classes, camps, wine experiences, and related products. All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or cancel services at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to safety concerns, non-payment, violation of these terms, or circumstances beyond our control.
Bookings, Payments, and Financial Transactions
All bookings require a signed agreement and payment according to the terms outlined in your proposal or registration confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Final balances must be paid by the due date listed in your contract or invoice. Failure to submit payment on time may result in cancellation of services without refund.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Catering Services
Client-initiated cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event may be eligible for partial credit at our discretion. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable due to food purchasing, staffing, and preparation costs. Deposits are always non-refundable.
Culinary Classes, Camps, and Academy Programs
All class registrations and camp enrollments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to a future class or camp if space allows. No-shows and same-day cancellations for Academy programs are not eligible for refunds or transfers.
Wicked Ambitionz reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events, classes, or services due to low enrollment, instructor availability, weather, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered a credit or rescheduled date.
Client Responsibilities and Conduct
Clients and participants agree to behave respectfully toward staff, instructors, vendors, and other guests. Unlawful behavior, harassment, hate speech, bullying, disruptive conduct, or damage to property will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from an event or program without refund.
User-generated content, promotions, spam, or misuse of our platforms, including our website and social media, is prohibited.
Liability and Assumption of Risk
Participation in culinary activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to the use of kitchen equipment, heat, and food allergens. By participating in any Wicked Ambitionz service or program, clients and participants voluntarily assume all risks. Wicked Ambitionz Catering and Academy are not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages unless caused by gross negligence.
Dietary restrictions and allergies must be disclosed in advance. While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content, materials, recipes, curricula, images, logos, branding, and written content provided by Wicked Ambitionz Catering and Academy are the intellectual property of the company. Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Website Use and Accuracy
We strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all content at all times. Wicked Ambitionz is not responsible for errors, omissions, or temporary website downtime.
Account and Access Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services, programs, or website if a user violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in harmful or unlawful behavior.
Changes to Terms
Wicked Ambitionz Catering and Academy may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
