Participants will work alongside our team in a supportive environment while developing leadership, professionalism, and income earning potential. The program includes a light weekly time commitment, with students meeting once a week in Denver for a hands-on session focused on learning and applying a different sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship skill each week. Outside of the weekly meeting, participants may also complete simple outreach or promotion activities on their own to help reinforce what they are learning in the program.

This is a youth internship program created by Wicked Ambitionz to give teens hands on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and entrepreneurship. Interns will help promote the business, build community relationships, and learn valuable workplace skills they can use in the future.
The program is designed for youth who are interested in business, leadership, communication, marketing, and gaining real summer work experience. It is a great fit for students who are motivated, responsible, and open to learning.
Interns will help with marketing and promotion, passing out flyers, connecting with businesses and community members, supporting outreach efforts, learning sales techniques, and participating in group training and mentorship. Depending on the role, some students may also help lead others and take on more responsibility throughout the program.
Students will learn professional communication, sales skills, goal setting, teamwork, leadership, customer service, confidence building, and basic entrepreneurship. They will also gain experience with real expectations, accountability, and performance goals.
The program is designed to include paid opportunities, with a structure that is expected to be primarily commission based and performance driven. This allows students to directly benefit from the effort they put into promoting the business and generating sales.
The internship is planned as a summer program. Final dates, weekly schedule, and time commitments will be shared with accepted families, but the goal is to create a structured experience that is manageable and valuable for youth. The Program starts June 15th and ends early August.
